Important information

* Due to unavoidable long-term renovation works, different areas of the Pergamon Museum – including the one that hosts the Pergamon Altar – are not accessible for visitors at the moment * From March 2022, the Mschatta Hall in the Museum of Islamic Art in the Pergamon Museum will undergo restoration works and is therefore closed to visitor traffic. The facade of the Mshatta Caliph's Palace is however open to the public. Visitors will be able to follow the progress of the work, which will take place in a publicly accessible display workshop * The Pergamon Museum is generally accessible for wheelchairs. Only in rare cases, in which the elevator for disabled visitors is out of order due to technical problems, some areas of the museum might not be accessible * Reduced tickets can be acquired by students and disabled * Opening hours: 10.00am-6.00pm, Thursday till 8.00pm, Monday closed
