Important information
* You can choose between two options:
+ Option 1 includes entrance anytime between 10.00am and 3.00pm
+ Option 2 includes entrance anytime between 3.00pm and 9.30pm
* The free audio guide is available in English, German, and Swabian
* The viewing platform is not completely barrier-free. For structural reasons, there is a 10 cm high landing at the entrance, but this can be easily negotiated with an escort. Particularly large wheelchairs (e.g. electric wheelchairs) may not fit through the doors to the viewing platform. The parapet on the observation deck limits the view of wheelchair users who cannot stand up. As an alternative, you can visit the Panorama Café. It is barrier-free and accessible and the window front there offers a view even when sitting
* Dogs are not allowed in the TV tower (except guide dogs)
* Strollers can be parked in the foyer
