Know in advance:
* A maximum of 2 children's cards (3-11 years) can be booked for each adult card
* The Copenhagen Card is digital and can be redeemed in the Copenhagen Card App
* To redeem your Copenhagen Cards, you'll need to download the Copenhagen Card App. Instructions will be provided after booking
* If you redeem the card in the app at the airport and activate it immediately, you can use it for public transportation from the airport
* A full refund is available if cancellation is made within 180 days from the date of purchase. Please note that activated and/or used cards are non-refundable
* Infants (age 0-2) go for free and do not require a ticket
* Cards can be redeemed up to 24 months from the date of purchase
