Important information
* Benidorm Palace requires a smart casual dress code. Men must wear long trousers; bermuda shorts, shorts, flip-flops, and beachwear are not permitted. Entry may be refused if the dress code is not respected
* Dinner is only included when you choose that option. Different ticket options cannot be mixed on the same table, as they have different seating areas
* The ticket must be used on the same date for which it was purchased. You'll need to exchange your ticket at the ticket box to gain access to the venue
* The venue is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The show begins at 22:00, except Saturdays, when it begins at 22:15 and ends at approx. 00:30
* The doors open at 20:00, and dinner time is from 20:30. Guests with dinner orders must arrive before 21:15 otherwise, dinner cannot be served, and the right to a refund will be lost
* For the Show Only option, seats cannot be reserved in advance. Table allocation is subject to availability and venue layout. Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's recommended to arrive from 21:00 onwards to increase your chance of getting your preferred seat. On certain occasions, tables may be shared with other guests
* Transfers not included
