Get a first insight into one of the most fascinating water sports by taking this 4.5-hour surfing.On the beach, your surf instructor will explain the currents and give you important safety tips for handling the surfboard. After a short warm-up training, there are easy-to-understand dry runs for the correct position on the surfboard. After you have familiarized yourself a bit with the waves, the surf instructor will explain to you how to stand up on the surfboard – the “Take Off”. The surf instructor is in the water with you all the time and helps you choose the right wave. He gives the board a gentle push to help you glide into the waves. Of course, he will give you tips and feedback on how to improve your surfing technique.
