You'll spend two hours rock hopping, cliff diving and wild swimming with knowledgeable guides on hand to help you get the most from your experience. You'll kick off your session with a warm welcome from your guides before you hop into your wetsuit and head down to the coast. This is really a chance to get to see the Newquay coast like you've never seen it before as you challenge yourself with daring deep water jumps, easy rock climbing and wild swimming. Get ready to explore caves, gullies and whirlpools as you experience the stunning coastline from a whole new perspective. Don't worry, you won't have to do anything that you're not comfortable with!

* Please note that this tour is not suitable for children under 8 years old
* You will need to be comfortable in the water and be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters
* Please arrive with swimwear already on under your clothes if possible and wear lace up trainers you don't mind getting wet. You should also bring a towel
* The activity will last for 2 hours from once your group is ready, please allow 3 hours in total
