Important information
* Please arrive at the jetty 15 minutes before departure at 10am. Return on any red or yellow route throughout the day
* IMPORTANT: Get a 15% discount from the standard prices when booking online
* Children under 5 go free
* Due to the historic nature of the vessels, a wheelchair can't get onto the boat. If people can walk down 3-4 steps with a handrail, the wheelchair can get to the side of the boat
* The things that may stop the cruise are: Wind speed too high (strong gale force) and lake level too high to get onto jetties after heavy rain/flooding
* Lake freezing over in winter
