Know in advance:
* Infants (ages 0-4) enter for free
* Your ticket is single-use, valid only on the date and time booked for the duration of the tour
* Xmas tour runs every day from 14 November to 4 January, except 24, 25 and 31 December
* Various departures from 4.30 pm to 9.30 pm
* Family ticket is available for (2 adults (age 16-120) + 2 children (age 5-15))
* English live commentary is available on board
