Accessibility:
* Please note the Monument has a narrow, winding staircase of 311 steps. This experience is not recommended for those who have limited mobility, claustrophobia or vertigo
Know in advance:
* Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide before arrival
* Entry is subject to a security bag check. Large bags must be left in a designated bag storage area at the bottom of the staircase
* Due to limited space in the viewing gallery, a maximum of 33 people are allowed inside at any one time. Wait times of 30 minutes to enter the Monument can be expected
* Access to the Monument may be restricted or closed due to adverse weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a closure, tickets can be rescheduled for the soonest available dates, subject to availability
