Naxos Farm Experience and cheese making

At a distance of 7 km from the Town of Naxos and 2 km from area “Gerontoelia” of “Adisaros” (which claims the title of the oldest olive tree in the world), on a hill is the farm of Giannis, the Farm Experience, as his wife Katerina persuaded him to call it. A farm, which passed from generation to generation to reach Giannis!
