* Unfortunately, the experience is not completely steps-free, therefore this tour is recommended only to participants who are able to walk a short distance. Self-balancing wheelchairs can not be handled
Not allowed:
* Respect other passengers while waiting in the line: no smoking, shouting, skipping the line etc.
* You may not bring your own drinks, but they are available for purchase on board
Know in advance:
* Please arrive at the dock 15 minutes prior to departure
* Youths up to 14 years old need to be accompanied by an adult
* Toilets on board are available - though they will be closed 5 minutes before the sailing is finished
* If you miss the cruise, you can use the same voucher on other departure times for a fee of 7€ per person on the boat. The offer ends on the day following the original departure date
