Where you'll meet
Please exchange your voucher at the ticket office at Stresa Piazza Marconi and make the payment of the landing fee. The ticket office is recognizable by the "Servizio pubblico non di linea" sign.

* A landing tax of €0.50 needs to be paid per person at the ticket office (not included in the tour price)
Know in advance:
* Your multilingual captain speaks English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German but the audio guide on board will only be in English and Italian
* Your ticket includes the ticket for the hop-on hop-off boat tour. Any additional entrance costs are optional and at your own expense (e.g. the entrance to the palace and garden of Isola Bella)
* From 12 March 2026 to 8 November 2026, the palaces and gardens will be open
* The boats leave about every 30 minutes from Isola Bella back to Stresa. Please make sure to ask on-site for the last boat coming back to Stresa on your selected day to ensure that you don´t miss it
* Pets are allowed on the boat but not inside the museum and garden (if you decide to visit any of the suggested venues)
* This tour takes place rain or shine. If it needs to be canceled for poor weather a refund will be issued
