Where you'll meet
The boarding area of Cinque Terre Ferries is located on the first pier, just after the floating restaurant I Gabbiani. Please, be at the gate for the check in at least 15 minutes before the departure.

Know in advance:
* Please check the itinerary for your selected date to see whether the first stop is Porto Venere or Riomaggiore
* In the event of rough seas outside the Gulf with favourable weather conditions, you will have the option of taking an alternative tour with a stop in Porto Venere, with a guide on land included. In this case, the ticket will be refunded by 50%
* No-shows will not be refunded. In this case, the passengers can reach the next stop by train or bus in order to catch the boat to the next port
* In case of bad weather and rough seas, an alternative date will be offered. If it is not possible to rearrange the tour, you will receive a full refund
* The guide during navigation is available in English, Italian, and French. Passengers will receive a map with the itinerary
* Boats are fully equipped with toilets, a bar, air conditioning and comfortable seating
