Flash photography is strictly prohibited inside the museum to protect the artwork, and the use of drones is also forbidden.. Visitors are not permitted to bring any outside food or drinks into the gallery to maintain cleanliness and preserve the environment.. Pets are not allowed inside the museum. The museum is free on the first Sunday of each month during normal hours.. Please leave umbrellas, large bags, and backpacks in the free cloakroom.. All visitors must go through security. At busy times, this may take 10–15 minutes.. Your tour voucher will be emailed to you 3–5 days before the experience.. The exact meeting point and instructions will be provided in your final voucher.
