We have a large wine-tasting room dedicated, where the guests can sit at tables. They will taste 4 wines (2 IGT Toscana Wines, 1 Chianti Classico and 1 Chianti Classico Riserva): for each wine we are explaining how it is composed and its flavours and so on …Guests will visit our wine/olive-oil farm TERRE DI PERSETO, including our cellars, wine-tasting room, and so on . Is it possible eventually to walk among our vineyards.
The tasting is accompanied by 2 local cheeses (PECORINO cheeses - from sheep's milk). Water included
