OT Duomo Complex & Florence Walking Tour with Cupola Entry Tickets

* Please note that a valid Identification Document is needed to be carried along with the customers. * We recommend to wear comfortable footwear. * Not wheelchair or strollers accessible. * No elevators or pets allowed. * Please note that the guided tour does not include the Brunelleschi's Dome(Cupola), you can climb the Brunelleschi's Dome on your own (Pre-reserved ticket time) after the guided tour ends. * With your timed-reserved tickets, you can climb the Cupola Dome 30 minutes after the guided tour ends. * After the first validation, the ticket is valid for 72 hours: you can use it to visit locations listed on your own time (Giotto's Bell Tower and Santa Reparata). * The recommended duration for the visit to the **Brunelleschi's Dome** is approximately 45 - 60 minutes. * The recommended duration for the visit to **Giotto’s Bell Tower** is approximately 45 minutes. * The recommended duration for the visit to the **Baptistery** is approximately 30 minutes. * The recommended duration for the visit to the **Santa Reparata** is approximately 30 minutes. * Appropriate clothing for a place of worship is required: access with bare legs and shoulders, and wearing sandals, hats, or sunglasses is not permitted. You may be refused entry to the Baptistery and Cathedral if you fail to comply with the cathedral's dress requirements. * Not recommended for participants with back problems, physically not fit to climb steps, suffering from vertigo, claustrophobia, or heart problems, and pregnant women. * Suitcases, backpacks, parcels, containers, and large and medium-sized bags are not permitted inside the Dome(Cupola). * Umbrellas, canes (when not used to assist walking), tripods for cameras, and film cameras are not permitted inside the Dome. * Knives, scissors, and metal tools that could be dangerous for people and the exhibited works are not permitted inside the Dome. * The Walking Tour is subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date. * Please note that the walking tour will only be conducted from the outside of each attraction mentioned in the itinerary. * Please refer to the correct meeting point displayed at the time of reservation. * Please note that the tour requires a minimum number of two guests to run. * Please note that if you arrive after the tour start time you will not be able to join and will not be refunded or have your tour rescheduled. * There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. * The customers choosing the Duomo Complex guided tour at 09.45, or 11.15, during the Summer Season join the walking tour at 17.00. * The customers choosing the Duomo Complex guided tour at 15.00 during the Summer Season join the walking tour at 10.00. * The customers choosing the Duomo Complex guided tour at 09.45 am or 11.15 am, during the Winter Season, join the walking tour at 15.00.
