Starting from the political centre (Signoria Square), passing through the religious centre of the city (Cathedral Square), your amazing guide will tell you stories of the Medici, the Renaissance, artists and famous people that sculpted Florence into what was recently voted as the “Most beautiful city in Europe”. We will also visit the lesser-known Oltrarno (other side of the river Arno): The part of the city with fewer crowds and more local Florentines where you can see artisans crafting all manner of curiosities in their shop windows. Along the way, you will have plenty of time to ask questions and to get to know your local, licensed guide, make friends with your group and take great photos!
