The first part offers an immersive experience where the Adventures of Pinocchio come to life through innovative projections, interactive set designs, and cutting-edge digital effects. The second part, known as the exhibition route, is dedicated to exploration and play. Here, you'll find engaging installations, interactive maps, and creative spaces designed to spark imagination and curiosity.This seamless blend of technology and storytelling creates a truly unforgettable experience that brings the timeless tale of Pinocchio to life in a whole new way.

Accessibility:
* The immersive room experience is not currently recommended for people with hearing impairments
* Viewing the projections is not recommended for people suffering from proven vision problems or forms of photosensitive epilepsy
Not allowed:
* Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Museum
* Pets. Only small pets are allowed if kept in a suitable carrier
Know in advance:
* Free tickets are for children under the age of 4, people with disabilities and journalists
* Reduced tickets are for children and young people between 4 and 17 years old, students up to 25 years old, and carers of disabled people
* Family tickets include children from 4 to 17 years old
* The Museum is open Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Closing days: December 25, January 1, Easter day
* The Museum tour is accessible at specific times based on linguistic preference and is divided into two sections: an immersive multimedia itinerary, whose narration is available in Italian or English depending on the time chosen for entry, and a bilingual information-historical area
* The complete experience lasts about an hour, of which 30 minutes are dedicated to the immersive part
* Entrance is allowed to a maximum of 25 people per shift. To have priority and guaranteed access it is recommended to book your visit by purchasing the ticket online, especially on weekends and holidays.
