Your guided cooking journey offers:
- First course: Pasta Aglio Olio e Peperoncino, fresh pasta with olive oil, garlic & red pepper.
- Second course: Pasta with Tuscan Ragù, hearty vegetable and herb sauce with a regional twist
- Third course: Brown Butter Sage Pasta, pasta with nutty brown butter and crisp sage leaves
