You need to take the Livorno Porto 2000 shuttle from the cruise terminal to Via Claudio Cogorano (about 10 minutes of travel). Upon arrival in the city centre, you will find the staff wearing green t-shirts. Be sure to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure time.
