Together with Francesco - expert truffle hunter for 30 years - and his faithful dogs Luna and Pitù, you will be guided in search of one of the most precious products of Umbia: the truffle.Walking through woods, pinewoods and olive groves, you will be led through the truffle farm where you can look for and find truffles, learning about the secrets and wonders of this tasty delicacy. After the walk, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor with lunch inside the stone-walled medieval castle of San Vittorino. Menu
