Please note that the Vatican Museums are very strict with entrance times. Latecomers are not guaranteed entry, and no refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.. The Vatican Museums enforce a mandatory dress code: shoulders and knees must be covered.. Entrance to the Basilica may be restricted without prior notice due to religious ceremonies during the Jubilee Year.. Disabled visitors receive free entry to the Vatican Museums. In peak season, due to the high number of visitors, it might take extra time to go through the security check and to collect the Vatican headsets which are compulsory.
