Tour to Civita di Bagnoregio and Orvieto, a Full Day from Rome

A fantastic dive into the past, between culture and history in two wonderful cities, we are talking about the prehistoric age, the archaeological remains of the Etruscan era, the human settlements dating back to the 7th century BC and the academic conclusions that claim that the place had already been inhabited since the Bronze Age and the Iron Age. A few kilometers from Rome we will spend a very interesting day that will lead us to relive ancient history. Crossing the countryside of the Roman suburbs we will arrive to visit Civita di Bagnoregio, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, now known as "The dying city", this medieval village is isolated and can be reached by crossing an imposing pedestrian bridge. Later we will visit Orvieto, a city bristling with a tuff rock with steep walls, a concentration of artistic and landscape works, a real unexpected discovery, mysterious for its underground passages, the famous Adriano caves and its imposing Cathedral.
