Not suitable for: * Guests with reduced mobility Not allowed: * No bare shoulders or knees. An appropriate dress code is required to attend the Papal Audience * Large bags, tripods, umbrellas, and backpacks are prohibited inside the Vatican. Any such items must be checked into the free luggage storage area which may result in your having to leave the tour early to retrieve them at the entrance * Pushchairs or strollers Know in advance: * This tour includes free Papal Audience tickets. In addition to reserving and picking up tickets for you, the guide will provide expert insight into the history and traditions of the Papacy and this ceremony, as well as navigate you through the crowds to find the best available seating * The maximum group size is 25 people * You must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour begins * Depending on the time of year the location of the Papal Audience may vary. During the warmer months from approximately Easter week to the end of September, the Papal Audience is held outdoors at St. Peter’s Square whereas during the colder months, the Audience takes place in the Sala of Paul VI within the Leonine Walls of Vatican City. The decision regarding the location of the Papal Audience is made by Vatican officials the day before the event * On Wednesdays, due to the Papal Audiences, access to St Peter's Basilica is not possible until 1 pm
