Should you not provide the names of the participants joining the tour as written on your government issued photo-ID, you will not be able to enter the site * Please advise if any travelers have mobility concerns so that the tour operator can best accommodate you, by writing to the e-mail address you'll find in the voucher * To obtain a student discount, valid student ID must be shown on the day of the tour. If a student does not have valid student ID, they may be charged a new full ticket price for entry, which must be paid by you on the day of the tour at the ticket office * As this is a walking tour with steps and staircases, comfortable walking shoes and a bottle of water are strongly recommended
