Jubilee Walking Tour

Embark on a spiritual walking tour through the pilgrim's path, a route that takes you into the heart of Christian Rome. Follow the path of popes and pilgrims on a journey through Rome’s Jubilee history. Every 25 years, this event transforms the Eternal City into the heart of Christianity. We begin at the Church of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, dedicated to the Jesuit founder, we make our way to the Pantheon, a testament to Rome’s transition from paganism to Christianity, we visit San Luigi dei Francesi, where Caravaggio’s St. Matthew series captivates with its striking drama. A short walk leads us to Piazza Navona, a Baroque masterpiece, transformed in 1650, into a lake for Jubilee celebrations. Following the pilgrim's steps, finally, our journey culminates at St. Peter’s Basilica, where the Jubilee begins with the opening of the Holy Door.
