* On Sundays and holidays, due to the mass being held on the ground floor, the tour will start directly from the Terrace and Museum on the second floor. The famous mosaics will be visible only partially from the second floor
* During days of high turnout or for reasons of force majeure (such as high tide or security problems) the waiting time to access St. Mark's Basilica might be longer than expected
