Where you'll meet
- Upon arrival, after clearing Immigration and Customs, please exit the terminal through the first door on the right (next to Island Car Rental). Once outside, turn right and walk towards the restrooms. The greeter will be standing behind the barricade to the left of the restrooms, in front of Sixt Car Rental, holding a sign that says BYRON'S JAMAICA TOURS (please do not look for your name).
- Departure Transfers are scheduled approximately 2.5 hours before your flight’s departure time, based on the details you provide when booking. We will send a message to your email with your exact pickup time the day before your departure.

This option is for guest staying in the Montego Bay area. It does not cover drop off at Grand Palladium Resort, Excellence Oyster Bay Resort, Royalton Blue Waters and White Sands. This option does not drop off at hotels in Runaway Bay, Negril or Ocho Rios areas. This option does not drop off at Ocean Eden Bay or Ocean Coral Springs
