* the pick-up counter is located at Terminal 3, 2F Arrivals Lobby "Global WiFi x NINJA WiFi" counter. Hours are from 6:30 am - 11:45 pm
* there is a return box available from 11:45 pm - 6:30 am at Terminal 3, 2F Arrivals Lobby "JAL ABC x GLOBAL WiFi Return BOX"
* you will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router
* if you use more than 3GB in one day, you may notice slower speeds, or even a temporary loss of connection
* you can return your device at any of our counters in major Japanese airports: Narita (T1 & T2), Haneda (T2 & T3), Kansai (T1), Chubu (T1 & T2), Fukuoka (Intl), New Chitose (Intl+Domestic), Naha (Intl), Asahikawa (Domestic), Komatsu (Domestic), Kagoshima (Intl+Domestic) or via delivery.
