Not allowed: * You may not bring your own clothing for the photo shoot included in ticket options 2 and 3 Not suitable for: * Currently, the local operator doesn't provide children's costumes and accessories (restock date is undecided) Extra fees to be paid on-site: * Additional charges for kimono and obi (when upgrading / optional) * Additional charge for optional accessories (half collar, obijime, obiage, kimono bag, Japanese umbrella, hair ornament, haori, stole, etc. / optional) * Additional charge for hairdressing (when upgrading / optional) * Costume and accessories safety pack (optional) Know in advance: * "Option 2" and "Option 3" can only be booked for 2 participants. If there are more than 2 participants for option 2 or 3, extra rental and photography services can be purchased at the shop * All tickets include standard hairdressing (women only, makeup excluded) & standard kimono set rental * Please note that there is no luggage storage service on-site * Please contact the local operator if you are running late for your scheduled arrival time. You'll find their phone number for contact on your voucher. In the event that you arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting, a "no show" will be declared and you shall be charged 100% of the total cost as a cancellation fee * Note that in the case of photography delayed due to your late arrival, the number of photos taken shall be significantly reduced * The photographer and stylist who undertake the photoshoot will be decided on the activity date * You shall be provided with photography digital data within 10 days of the activity date. The download deadline for photography data shall be within 1 month * There are occasions where the photograph data’s color, brightness etc may need adjusting. The local operator will not accept complaints after photography regarding the content, taste or preferences of photos due to the highly subjective nature of each individual client. If you have a desired taste or image in mind, please inform them prior to the photo shoot * Edits shall not be made to individuals in the photos (face, body etc). Also, unrelated individuals in the backgrounds of photos taken at location shoots shall not be erased * Clothing shall be decided on the rental and photography date and a fitting shall be held * Please return rental clothes to the shop by 5.30pm on the day of rental and photography. Note that in the event the clothes are rented after the 5.30pm deadline and need to be returned the following day, a next-day return fee of ¥16,500 (tax inclusive) shall be charged per person. In addition, if the rental clothing is not returned on the day of rental, a late fee of ¥16,500 (tax inclusive) shall be charged for each day the clothing is not returned * If there are any matters concerning your physical constitution such as sensitive skin, allergies etc, there may be cases where you are unable to wear the provided costumes or accessories * If there are any repairs needed as a result of your negligence, such as repairs required as a result of damage to costumes and accessories or if regular cleaning is not enough to remove stains on costumes, you shall bear the costs of any necessary repairs or additional cleaning. In the event of loss or damage that is beyond repair, you shall bear the cost for the purchase of a replacement. However, if you have purchased a ‘Damage guarantee service for costumes and accessories’, you shall be exempt from the cost of any needed repairs * If you selected ticket option 3, you may choose other outdoor locations for the shooting, such as Nakamise Street, Sensoji Temple, Tokyo Skytree, and Tokyo Tower.
