Know in advance:
* the pick up counter is located in the Terminal 1, 2F Access Plaza "Global WiFi x NINJA WiFi" counter. Hours are from 7 am - 8 pm
* you can return your device at any of the counters in major Japanese airports: Narita (T1 & T2), Haneda (T2 & T3), Kansai (T1), Chubu (T1 & T2), Fukuoka (Intl), New Chitose (Intl+Domestic), Naha (Intl), Asahikawa (Domestic), Komatsu (Domestic), Kagoshima (Intl+Domestic) or via delivery. Please contact the local operator to change your return location. You will find the contact details after booking.
* you will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router
* if you use more than 3GB in one day you may notice slower speeds, or even a temporary loss of connection
