* The night before departure, the local tour operator will email you detailed information including meeting time, location, guide info, and vehicle details
* Due to the limitations of the vehicle space, each person is limited to one piece of luggage. Please inform the local operator in advance if you have luggage. You'll find the contact details in the voucher after booking
* If Aso Volcano issues a notice prohibiting entry, the itinerary will be adjusted according to the situation on the ground. If the crater is closed, the time at Kusasenri will be extended to 90 minutes
* Depending on the weather and road conditions, the guide will adjust the itinerary and timing of the tour
