Kyushu Grand Sumo Tournament (Ozumo Kyushu Basho)
Six major Sumo tournaments are held every year in Japan, and Kyushu Grand Sumo Tournament is one of the tournaments.
Kyushu holds the Sumo event in mid-November at Fukuoka International Center, which is near Tenjin and Hakata Area.
On this tour, you watch Sumo matches on Chair-seat B or Masu-seat C.
Find your favorite Rikishi (wrestlers) while you watch the tournament and enjoy cheering for them.

Real-time commentary on sumo rules, history, and highlights by an English speaking guide.. (Masu-seats C on 2rd floor) You can experience a realistic feeling of being closer to the sumo ring than in the chair B seats.. Masu-Seat C are a seating type for 4 persons. Please note that you will be sharing seats with other passengers.. Please note that specific seat locations or seat numbers cannot be chosen.. Children up to 3 years of age may join but must sit on the lap of a parent or guardian during the event. . Visitors 4 years old and up must have an admission ticket.. Re-entry is allowed as many times as you like from the opening until 5:00 p.m.. If you would like to be seated together as a group, please make a request when booking. While staff will do their best to accommodate seating requests, please note that some requests may not be possible.
