If you choose the option with round trip transportation included, you will indicate your pick-up location at checkout. Please meet the guide in the lobby of your hotel. Hotel pick-up/drop-off is available from any hotel or Airbnb located in Zona Rosa, Zocalo, Reforma, Roma, Condesa, and Polanco area in Mexico CityIf you choose the option that includes only the hot air balloon flight (without hotel pick-up/drop-off), you will have to reach on your own the Globopuerto from where your flight will depart
