Please arrive to this meeting point if you select the option without transportation from Mexico City.
We will confirm pickup time and further details by message one day prior to your flight, which may be as early as 4:00 AM depending on our routes.
This service is only available for hotels in touristic areas of Mexico City. Is your hotel not on the list? Contact us, and we’ll gladly provide the nearest pickup point.

In case you prefer to book the option without transportation, we will meet you at the Volare Balloon Port in Teotihuacán, State of Mexico. We will confirm your expected arrival time one day prior.
