Adults are considered 13 years old and up * Infants aged one to five years can participate free of charge, accompanied by a paying adult * For safety reasons, the age range to snorkel is from10 to 60 years old. An adult must accompany those under 16 * Kids must be at least 1.40 metres tall to join in the Royal Connection program * This experience is not suitable for guests who can't swim (only applies to snorkelling at Garrafon Park) * Guests with a history of heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, use of heart medication, or any other major medical condition should not participate * Guests are advised to consider their physical condition and medical history when determining if this activity is suitable for them. Those with concerns should consult their physician before participating in any strenuous activity * If you're more than five months pregnant, you will not be able to participate in water activities or zip-lining * Those aged six and above will need to pay the dock usage fee * To participate in the zip-lining activity, the maximum weight allowed is 125 kilograms, and the minimum height is 1.10 metres * Participation of seniors or people with disabilities will be subject to prior authorization from the recreational supervision area (only applies to the temazcal ceremony). * The minimum height to participate in kayaking activities is 1.30 metres, minors must be accompanied by an adult * All activities are subject to weather and operational conditions of the day, as well as safety personnel evaluation * The use of life jackets is mandatory for water activities * Registration to participate in the temazcal ceremony must be done in advance at the information desk. The maximum is 20 participants per session. Minors (under 18 years old) will not be able to participate in the temazcal ceremony * Photos, souvenirs, snack bar items, and coffee shop purchases are not included * Policies may be modified without prior notice when safety circumstances require it * If you booked in destination on a **special rate**, ground transportation costs MXN $150 per person when booked in advance, payable at check-in. A pier fee of MXN $300 per person applies to guests aged six and over, plus an ISEPAAA fee of MXN $50 per person.
