If you arrive late or do not show up, no refund is offered.. Subject to availability, changes or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will have an extra charge of $15 per person.. We do not offer pick-up service from any Airbnb or private addresses.. Extra charges for souvenirs, photos, or any other purchases may incur an additional 16% VAT. Once inside the park, the activities take approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors. You should also consider the travel time to and from your hotel..
