Important information
* For the safety of our dolphins, it's prohibited to enter the habitat with cameras or phones, however you are able to buy photos and videos of your experience
* Transport to the venue is $10 USD per person
* There is no minimum age, but children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity with both participants paying for the program
* Government-mandated tax: A fee of $50.00 MXN per person (including children) will be collected at check-in, in accordance with Article 60 of the Tax on Activities with Aquatic Animals
* Please arrive 30 minutes before your activity and bring swimwear
* **Dolphin Trainer:** Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity with both participants paying for the program
* People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas - for safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet areas
* Just so you know admission and transport to Xcaret and Xel-Ha parks is not included
