Some hotels or lodging centers are located in areas with difficult access (very narrow streets, alleys, streets in poor condition, blockages, or for security reasons), so pick-up at the closest possible point applies.

The exact pick-up time varies by hotel. The time that appears on your ticket is the general pick-up time in Cancun.

Important information
Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Lockers are optional if you don't need to store belongings. If you have belongings that interfere with safety equipment (such as backpacks, bags, etc.), or if you have objects that could fall, get tied up, become dangling, or pose a risk during the excursion, they must be stored in a locker (for example, selfie sticks, cell phones in pockets without zippers, accessories or jewelry, etc.). Otherwise, use of the park will be restricted for security reasons.
