Where you'll meet
• Hotel name and lobby are required upon reservation.
• Pickup is available at hotels and vacation rentals in the Riviera Maya from Moon Palace to Tulum, including Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen.
• Lodgings with unpaved access, pedestrian streets with restricted vehicle access, or located in Tulum’s Hotel Zone will be assigned a nearby meeting point.
• Pickup time is provided the afternoon before your tour.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Dress code is smart casual. Only last minute bookings, after 6 pm the day prior to the tour, requiere a confirmation from the service provider, if you didn´t receive a confirmation from the service provider a refund will be processed.. 45 usd each adult and 30 usd each child local tax not included (Pay in Check in). In accordance with current regulations set by local government, the archaeological zone of Tulum strictly prohibits the introduction of any type of bottle or food item in disposable packaging.
