Tulum Coba Day Tour – Small Group, Cenote & Village

This Tulum Coba day tour departs at dawn to explore first the Tulum archaeological zone—walls, temples and its cliff-top Castle over the Caribbean. The route then penetrates lush jungle to the Cobá archaeological zone, a vast site still under study where Nohoch Mul, the tallest pyramid on the peninsula, rises above the canopy. At both sites the guide explains how Tulum and Cobá were ritually linked in the Post-Classic era—context rarely covered by large-group tours. We will visit 2 of the most important archeological centers of the Mayan culture (Tulum and Coba), a cenote in an excellent state of conservation without dynamiting and we will also have an approach to an authentic contemporary Mayan village.
