Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.. Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen Hotels. You will confirm your exact pickup time with the local tour operator.. If your hotel is outside coverage you will be asked to meet the tour at a nearby location.. Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.. You should bring swimwear, towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent and spending cash for incidentals..
