Accessibility:
* Wheelchair and stroller access is available for standard gondolas; only baby strollers are allowed in glass-floor gondolas
Not allowed:
* Smoking, vaping, and pets are strictly prohibited
Know in advance:
* Temporary update (valid 20 – 29 April 2026): Awana SkyWay (formerly known as Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car) will be temporarily closed for maintenance. During this period, Genting SkyWay (formerly known as Genting Gohtong Jaya Cable Car / Old Cable Car) will continue operating from 7 am to 11 pm to serve visitors
* The standard gondola can accommodate up to 10 passengers; glass-floor gondolas can accommodate up to 6 passengers
* Children below 90 cm ride free; guests 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket
* Management is not responsible for lost belongings and may deny boarding for rule violations
* Each passenger may bring one cabin-size bag; oversized luggage incurs a surcharge
* Scan the QR code at the turnstile for direct boarding and retain it for inspection
* If stopping at Chin Swee Station, keep your QR code to continue the journey
* Please wear appropriate attire and a face mask during the ride
