Know in advance: * Your ticket is only valid for the selected date * Open Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday–Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Guided tours are available on Saturdays and Sundays at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 1:30 PM, and are conducted in English * The audio guide is available in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Japanese, German, French, and Arabic * Late arrivals may forfeit their scheduled tour or be moved to a later session * High heels are not recommended due to uneven terrain and uphill sections within the garden
