Become Hollands's Next Top Model by dressing up in traditional Dutch clothing! Enjoy a guided tour and taste some of the best cheeses, bicuits and wine that Holland has to offer.Time to try on something that wouldn't normally be in your wardrobe: traditional Volendam attire, including warm baggy trousers for the men and a high, pointed bonnet for the ladies. And of course, no outfit would be complete without Holland's most famous footwear - clogs! Say 'cheesssee' and your professional photographer will snap a photo of you and your friends and family, a souvenir which you can show to everyone at home.After the photo shoot, you will enjoy a guided tour in which you learn how to make a typical Dutch Gouda or Edam cheese. In the clog factory, you will get the chance to see a piece of wood turn into footwear and learn about the different varieties of clogs. Afterward, the cheese can be tasted in the shop together with typical Dutch biscuits and a sip of local fruit wine.

Where you'll meet
Begin your experience at the Simonehoeve traditional cheese farm and clog factory. The Cheesefarm and Clog Factory can be recognized by the mini-windmill. Traveling from Amsterdam? Take bus 316 from Amsterdam CS (IJzijde) - Tickets can be bought at the station or from the bus driver for euro 10 (cash is not accepted). You will find Simonehoeve a couple of meters from bus stop for Hotel Volendam. Traveling by car? You will find Simonehoeve next to Hotel Volendam. At the roundabout Amsterdam-Edam-Volendam take the Volendam direction (right) and then immediately turn right again.

Important information
* Feel free to bring your own items to the photoshoot as props. Simonehoeve offers several props as well, such as a giant wooden shoe, wooden tulips and cheese wheels
* There is plenty of free parking space available right in front of the cheese farm and clog factory
* Note the total duration, including the tour through the cheese farm and clog factory will be around one hour. The tour will take approximately 40 minutes
