* Participants with the following medical conditions are prohibited from joining: expectant mothers, heart / blood pressure conditions, back & neck disorders, motion sickness / dizziness
* Participants age below 16 years old are not allowed to participate the tour
* Tour operator may cancel canyoneering activities in case of strong current and inclement weather condition
