* The Zoo is wheelchair accessible
Not allowed:
* Feed and disturb the animals, throw any objects into pens and aviaries
* Use flash photography in rooms with animals
* Use drones and remote-controlled toys
* Enter with pets or other animals
* Smoke cigarettes and all other forms of tobacco, drink alcohol
Know in advance:
* Reduced ticket eligibility: children aged 3 and older; pupils and students up to age 26; retirees and pensioners up to age 75 (only with valid ID)
* You can enter the Zoo at any time during the opening hours of the ticket offices. See the current closing times on the Zoo's website and social media
* You can see animals feeding every day during set hours:
+ Penguins: 9:30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. In the winter season, the penguin feeding show is cancelled
+ Chimpanzees: 11:00 a.m.
+ Piranha 11:30 a.m. (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
+ Pacu piranha 12:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
+ Gorillas: 1:00 p.m.
+ Seals: 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
+ Lemurs: 1:30 p.m. (daily from 15 June to 30 August)
+ Hippos: 12:00 p.m. (daily from 15 June to 30 August)
* Remember: you are entering the house of the animals. Respect their home and behave in such a way as not to disturb them
