If you are coming from Lisbon, head to Cais do Sodré and take a beautiful train ride along the ocean.
we decide were the waves are better only one or two before(when we can see the forecast):
if Guincho beach,exit in Cascais, uber or bus to guincho
if Carcavelos beach,exit at carcavelos station.
