Vertente Natural was the pioneer of Coasteering in Portugal and global leaders in the introduction of ropes and zip-lines.
It consist of a progression along the coast line, scrambling, swimming, climbing, rappelling, zip-lining and cliff jumping into the water.
The only requirement is that participants be able swimmers!

Where you'll meet
If you need Transfer from Lisbon - we will pick up near the Hard Rock Café.
To transfer you to the activity location, we will pick you up in front of Hard Rock Café, 150m down the road from the Heritage Hotel.
Transfer point: Av. da Liberdade 2, 1250-140 Lisboa, Portugal
NOTE - if you book the activity with transfer, you will have around 1h free after the activity - we suggest a walk around the fishing port while you wait.
