We combine yoga with other special interests, in this case stand-up paddle boarding, in a unique outdoor environment. We move on the board in a way that is safe and accessible for beginners and experienced guests! This is a fun and different way to experience nature and a very unique yoga experience that you will always remember! Your yoga instructor has her 500-hour certification and has been teaching for over 12 years. She will guide you through an experience that will be fun, light-hearted and relaxing...you will also have the opportunity to try more challenging positions if you wish!
